The location was fantastic—just a few steps away from the main street, making everything easily accessible. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist. I also appreciated the convenience of having an entrance to a café through the lobby, even though the café is not part of the hotel but an outsourced service.

Everything. The beautiful decor, super cosy, the underfloor heating, the lighting, spaciousness, bar stool sitting and dining table options, the bed linen, excellent kitchen facilites, bringing complementary tea and alfajores to the room upon arrival. Real upmarket feel, extremely tastefully decorated and everything new. Possibly the best apartments we've ever stayed in.
